Swarbrick Law was established in Aviemore in 2015 as a niche Solicitors practice dealing exclusively in Civil Court Work, Dispute Resolution and Litigation.

The aim of the practice is to provide a personal, pragmatic and result led service to private individuals and business clients.

The ethos of the practice is to protect client’s interests and enforce their rights using strategic advice, negotiation or formal court procedure only as a last resort.

Duncan Swarbrick

Duncan is a Solicitor Advocate with Rights of Audience in the Supreme Courts (Civil). Prior to setting up Swarbrick Law, Duncan trained and worked with a prestigious law firm in Edinburgh before returning north to work as an Associate and a Partner with Highland firms.
